One Account Per Player

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active q99 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

Age Verification
q99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of your account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any account review. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh. Until age and identity verification is satisfactorily completed, q99 may restrict deposits, withdrawals, and bonus eligibility on your account.
Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All deposits made on such an account will be refunded to the originating payment method where technically feasible, and any winnings accumulated will be forfeited in their entirety. q99 will report underage gambling activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
Parental Controls
If you share a device with minors, q99 strongly encourages you to activate parental-control software on that device to prevent access to gambling websites. q99 does not accept liability for access to q99.cam by a minor through a registered adult player's device.
Account Registration & Verification
Each individual may hold a maximum of one active q99 account. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
Registration Information
When registering your q99 account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must keep this information current. If any of your registered details change, you must update them promptly via your account settings or by contacting q99 support at [email protected].
q99 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information against third-party databases or documentation provided by you. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
In order to process withdrawal requests above ৳10,000 (cumulative or single transaction), q99 will require completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process requires you to submit:
- A clear photograph or scan of a government-issued photo identity document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
- Proof of your registered address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar).
- In some cases, proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account confirming the registered mobile number).
KYC documents must be submitted via the secure upload facility within your q99 account dashboard or by emailing them directly to [email protected]. q99 aims to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your q99 username and password. q99 will never contact you to request your password by any means. Deposits & Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
q99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time subject to technical or operational factors. q99 will publish any changes to available payment methods on the cashier page within the platform.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
- Deposits are credited to your q99 account balance in real time for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) under normal operating conditions.
- Bank transfer deposits may take between 30 minutes and 4 hours to appear in your account balance, depending on the processing time of your bank.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed on discovery.
- q99 does not impose a deposit fee. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside q99's control.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for the player's most recent deposit wherever technically feasible.
- Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 1–4 hours during normal operating hours.
- Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on receiving bank processing times.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification requirements as described in Section 3 above.
- q99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are flagged by the fraud monitoring system. Such checks will be completed within 48 hours and the player will be notified of the outcome.
- Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated on the applicable promotion page before they become eligible for withdrawal.
Currency: All transactions on q99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There are no currency conversion fees for Bangladeshi Taka transactions. Your displayed account balance is always in BDT.
Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms
- All bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who hold a verified q99 account in good standing.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated on the promotion page.
- Bonuses must be opted into within the timeframe stated on the promotion page. Retroactive bonus claims are not accepted.

- Wagering contributions from different game categories vary. - Bonus funds are used after real-money funds are depleted from your balance. You may not withdraw bonus funds directly — only net winnings that exceed the wagering threshold are withdrawable, up to the stated maximum conversion cap.
- Attempting to manipulate bonus terms through low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to hedge bonus wagering — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and potential account review.
Welcome Bonus

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

- Registering more than one account or permitting another person to use your account.

- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known technical error are void and will be reversed.

- Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward q99 support staff or other players.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the q99 platform, its servers, its databases, or any third-party systems connected to the platform.
- Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, game, or intellectual property owned by q99 or its content providers without prior written authorisation.
q99 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct. During an investigation, q99 may temporarily restrict account functionality, including deposits, withdrawals, and game access. If an investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, q99 may permanently close the account, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content on the q99 platform — including but not limited to the q99 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, text, software, and compiled data — is the intellectual property of q99 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming). All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use q99.cam solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Force Majeure
q99 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond q99's reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet outages, power failures, acts of government or regulatory authority, natural disasters, industrial action, or the failure of third-party service providers such as payment processors or game studios.
Game Outcomes
q99 is not liable for any loss suffered as a result of gambling on the platform. Game outcomes are determined by certified third-party Random Number Generator (RNG) software operated by the relevant game studio. q99 has no ability to influence game outcomes and accepts no liability in respect of them. It is your responsibility to understand the rules and odds of each game before placing a wager.
Maximum Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player
You may close your q99 account at any time by contacting q99 support at [email protected] with a written account closure request. Before processing a closure, q99 will confirm your identity and process any outstanding withdrawable balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
If you are requesting account closure because you are experiencing problems with gambling, please inform q99 support of this when making your request. q99 will prioritise your request and can arrange an immediate self-exclusion in addition to account closure.
Closure or Suspension by q99
q99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false or misleading registration information.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or use of funds derived from illegal activity.
- Multiple account creation.
- Underage gambling.
- Bonus abuse or manipulation of promotional terms.

- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period following a request.
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that prevent q99 from continuing to serve your account.
Where q99 closes an account for a breach of these Terms, any balance resulting from fraudulent, manipulative, or abusive activity may be forfeited. Balances derived from legitimate play will be returned to the player's registered payment method subject to verification.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. q99 will send an email notification to the registered address before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month to the account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in or contacting support.
Amendments & Governing Law
Amendments to These Terms
q99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, q99 will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on q99.cam for a minimum of 7 days before the updated Terms take effect. Your continued use of the q99 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the q99 platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes. Requests for account closure submitted prior to updated Terms taking effect will be processed under the Terms applicable at the time of the closure request.
The date at which the current version of these Terms & Conditions was last updated is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. The version of these Terms in force at the time of any dispute is the version that applies to that dispute.
Language
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event that a translation is made available in any other language as a convenience, the English-language version shall govern and prevail in the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and q99 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements between the parties on the same subject matter.
